MINDFULNESS MENTORING

Mindfulness sessions with me might often feel like a conversation—but when held with presence, something deeper begins to move beneath the surface.
We might be on a gangster planet, but healing with intention can still be gentle—and through that gentleness, a stillness appears.

Overview
Conscious Connection with Life
This mentoring space isn’t about fixing or achieving—it’s about being with what is, while learning to listen with more care and curiosity. Rooted in mindfulness and inner healing, these one-on-one sessions offer a grounded and honest container to meet yourself more fully.
Whether you're navigating stress, emotional turbulence, spiritual questions, or simply seeking a more conscious relationship with life, this space invites you to slow down and reconnect with what’s already alive within you—as an individual on a path of inner alignment and individuation.
The intention is simple: to support you in becoming more resourced, realigned, and resilient—from the inside out.

Who It’s For
This offering is for any responsible individual committed to inner healing and personal development. It may resonate if you’re navigating a life transition, facing emotional overwhelm, or seeking clarity and reconnection to your sense of self.
It’s also for those curious about mindfulness, self-inquiry, or exploring inner dynamics—who long for a space that honors both insight and gentleness.
What to Expect
Each session lasts 60 minutes and begins with 5 minutes of silent meditation (or however feels right that day). From there, we enter into a spacious, present-centered conversation—exploring what’s alive for you, whether it’s something currently unfolding or a pattern that’s been surfacing in your life.
Sessions are trauma-sensitive, client-led, and supported by mindfulness, gentle body awareness, and reflective dialogue—offering a space that emphasizes presence, clarity, and compassion.
Why I Offer This
Coming from a background in business and finance, my personal and professional path has been anything but linear. I spent years working in analytical roles—trained to make sense of systems, patterns, and structures. But over time, I began noticing the deeper systems within myself that needed attention—the ones no spreadsheet could fix.
That shift led me to healing.
Over the past few years, I’ve immersed myself in this work through personal practice, formal training, and silent retreats. I’ve completed the Mindfulness Mentoring Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and a course with David Treleaven on Internal Family Systems (IFS) in the context of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. While I don’t practice IFS, this study has deeply informed the way I hold space. I’ve also sat several silent Vipassana retreats in the tradition of S.N. Goenka.
This mentoring is my way of integrating both worlds—the clarity of analysis and the compassion of presence—and offering it to those who feel called.
