I never planned to end up here.

I come from the world of business and finance—trained to analyze, manage, and interpret systems. But the more I looked at numbers and patterns, the more I started noticing the deeper systems within myself that needed attention. Somewhere along the way, the path curved inward.

That shift led me into mindfulness, healing, and the long journey of inner alignment. I’ve studied with teachers like Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and David Treleaven. I’ve sat through silent retreats in the Vipassana tradition and explored approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) in the context of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness—not as a practice I offer, but as a way of learning how to listen more deeply, both to others and to myself.

Eventually, I decided to change paths completely. I’m now pursuing a degree in psychology. The path is long, but I’m taking my first steps toward it with clarity and commitment.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of awareness, personal inquiry, and value.

I'm the author of Healing the Economic Body—though I consider myself more of an analyst than an author. The book explores money not just as a financial instrument, but as a force that shapes our inner and collective lives. I also offer one-on-one mindfulness mentoring for those seeking clarity, grounding, or simply a space to reconnect.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be dramatic. It can be quiet, slow, even humorous.
And I believe presence—real presence—is what opens the door.

If you feel called to connect, I’d love to hear from you.
